If you're a recruiter
Your candidates' onsite performance is your track record. Ours is where we're strongest: our engineers train against the hardest loops in tech, using live intelligence from thousands of current candidate reports. Coding at the Google/Meta bar, system design graded by Big Tech engineers, behavioral rounds with structured evidence, OAs, pair-programming sims, and the new AI-enabled coding formats. There is no loop format we can't get an engineer ready for.
What that means for your numbers: candidates who make it through the onsite. Fewer burned loops, better onsite-to-offer, faster fills. If you're at an agency, we're free supply and you keep your entire fee.

- We bet our own fee on them. We only take engineers we believe will land and perform, because we get paid only when they're hired. A bad send costs us money.
