Accessing Content and Services

Materials, content, and/or coaching will be accessible within 24 hours of payment confirmation and can be accessed at any time through Slack and the Coachable Portal.

Subscription Policy

Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless modified or cancelled in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. Payments are processed monthly using the payment method on file. Once a payment is processed, you will retain access to all services and content through the end of that paid term.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds of any kind. All subscription fees and/or upfront fees are non-refundable, and no refunds will be issued for partial months or unused services.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time by emailing your request to hello@coachable.dev. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, your cancellation request must be received at least 4 days prior to your next scheduled payment date. If your cancellation request is received fewer than 4 days before your next payment date, your subscription will renew one final time. In that case, you will continue to have access to all services and content through the end of that final paid term.

Example:

If your billing date is March 1 and you cancel on March 8, your cancellation will take effect immediately and your access will continue through March 31. If you cancel after March 27, your subscription will auto-renew one last time on April 1, and your access will continue through April 30.
